2. Matching & Placement – Based on the facility’s needs (temporary, per diem, travel, or permanent staffing), the agency matches the right professionals to the right positions.
3. Contract & Compensation – The agency handles contracts, payroll, and benefits for temporary workers while the facility pays the agency for the staffing services.
4. Ongoing Support – The agency provides support, compliance checks, and sometimes
training to ensure quality care and smooth operations.

For the clinic/hospital we provide a free, private and secure means to find and hire the best qualified workers. We provide the client with simple means to find qualified workers on our online platform. The client can then pick which employee to hire from the
employees who are available on the platform.
The client can review a contractors profile information, which includes certifications, resume, vaccination records, and licenses before hiring.

A healthcare worker is hired directly by the client (healthcare facility), which
also handles payment for services rendered—bypassing a traditional staffing agency.
Unlike standard staffing models, where agencies employ and pay workers, this
approach allows direct hiring and compensation. UTS facilitates the connection and charges a monthly fee for access to our platform with qualified Healthcare workers.
Option 2
UTS’s healthcare staffing agency connects medical professionals with healthcare
facilities (such as hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes) that need temporary or permanent staff.
